Teddy

I am so sorry for your loss. I can empathise with how you are feeling right now.

5 years ago this coming February we bought Teddy a labradoodle from a breeder in Blackpool via an ad on Pets4home. As a first time buyer at the age of 52 having wanted a dog since I can remember.

I thought the breeder was reputable as they were a member of kennel club and labradoodle society. How wrong I was. We excitedly shop for Teddy, drove up to Blackpool to pick him up on Saturday took him to the vets on Monday as he was unwell.

Tuesday he was admitted to vets. On Saturday we had a call at 730 in the morning to come in. He was put to sleep in my arms despite having parvo virus I was so distraught.

I involved RSPCA and trading standards although neither would up date me on their enquiry. These people are using animals cash cows. I have teddys ashes in our living room.

Even nearly 5 years on there are no words to describe the pain. My heart goes out to your family
